To maintain an extraordinary standard of service, our team members participate in the BEST Academy. This initiative pairs new staff members (Junior Champions) with experienced BEST Ambassadors for hands-on coaching, professional growth, and skill-building in empathetic communication.
Key Pillars of the 90-Day BEST Journey:
- Onboarding (30 Days): Comprehensive training focused on foundational kindness, active listening, and person-centered connection.
- Skill Building (60 Days): In-depth modules covering advanced leadership, empathetic problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Mastery & Leadership (90 Days): Final refinement of leadership skills to inspire teammates and elevate community culture.
Upon completion of the program, staff members graduate in a formal ceremony featuring resident and family testimonials, earning a Silver Pin Award to signify their commitment as a certified BEST Champion.
